From the Glens of Angus, Ogilvy’s bring you a raw cold-pressed heather honey with the distinctive sweet taste of the Glens and the aroma of heather flowers.
Heather honey is rich and full-flavoured, the terrain and climate produce a honey rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Ideal in both sweet and savoury dishes, it is particularly good with game and duck and perfect for baking.
It has reputed healing properties.
