A delicious and healthy cranberry sauce from our friends at NatureDoc
The orange flavour gives it some natural sweetness and makes this sauce more interesting than plain cranberry. We love this cranberry sauce all year round and often serve it with venison or other game.
Cranberry is known for its health benefits in supporting healthy kidney function. The proanthocyanidins in the cranberries may be used to prevent infections of the urinary tract. Cranberries are a good source of fibre, vitamin C and E.
Raw Australian Jarrah honey 10+ TA has antimicrobial properties helping to inhibit bacterial growth and enhance healing. It also tastes delicious, a dark syrupy honey with a caramel taste.
