Strawberry heart waffles – an easy, no-cook recipe for a special Valentine’s Day breakfast
1 packet of soft toast waffles
Thick, creamy plain organic yoghurt
Good quality fruit compote
Ogilvy’s Raw Himalayan Highlands runny honey, it is perfect with berries
Heart shaped cookie cutter
Cut heart shaped waffles and toast for 30 seconds on a low heat or warm in the oven.
Add 1 tablespoon of yoghurt to each waffle.
Top with a dessertspoon of fruit compote.
Add sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint.
Drizzle with plenty of Brazilian Plateau runny honey.
Serve with a glass of fizz and enjoy!
