Just read up on an experiment where honey reduced the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within 2 hours by drinking 2 tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon dissolved in water. I can't substantiate this, but I do know the there is a link between diabetes and large consumption of refined sugars.
