This rare 100% organic honey is found in the remote Miombo forests located at the head of the Zambezi River in Zambia. The indigenous people use wildcrafting traditions dating back 500 years to produce this tropical blossom honey rich in bioflavanoids. Slighty spicy with a distinctive red currant flavour. Strong in strength.
